My name is Bill Rom and I have been working with athletes of every shape and size since 2006.  In this time I have worked with NFL, MLB and Professional Basketball players.  I have had athletes drafted in the first 10 rounds of the MLB draft and D1 All Americans.  In  working with these athletes, I have gathered a ton of information that I would like to share with you, and hopefully these resource pages become your go-to center for information.
