We all know someone who does CrossFit, or a local boot-camp, and raves about their experience, but often times its the same old cookie cutter program that everyone else is doing. When you look at them a few months later, they are beaten and battered and no better for it.

We aim to change the game with Training Camp

Training Camp is a small group class with elements of CrossFit, Personal Training, Yoga and more.

That’s why  Training Camp is divided into different levels: Rookie, Pro, All-Star, and Hall of Fame with each level unlocked by passing a monthly test.

Each one hour session is comprised of three unique sessions: skill, strength, and conditioning. Classes consist of 6-8 participants of all-levels working at the same time according to their own individual strengths.
By dividing Training Camp into levels, we are able to keep the elements of CrossFit we love (deadlifts, cleans, kettlebells, etc), while giving each person the time they need to truly master the skills.

Training Camp isn’t for everyone. We are no frills, hard training, with a focus and teaching our people to train the right way and achieve reckless success.

If that doesn’t sound like you, no need to keep reading and no hard feelings.

You won’t be hopping up and down on boxes, throwing around weights you can’t handle, and doing exercises that look like a high speed car crash.

You will be learning advanced exercises, squatting, pulling and pushing weights that you never thought you would be able to. We will teach you to sprint, and move, the way your body was designed to, and build a confidence and capability you never knew you had.


You will come to Superior Athletics looking for a gym, and you will leave changed for the better!
